I have lived in the Las Vegas and Henderson communities for the past 16 years, so I know the valley well.  I serve residential and commercial clients in all market areas, with special emphasis on new homes, age-restricted communities, veterans, foreclosures and short sales, and all master-planned communities in the City of Henderson.  I am specially trained and recognized as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS).  My formal education includes several business degrees, including a Master of Science from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.  I am very proud to say that I am a United States Air Force veteran.
